I have decided to post a few pictures of my computers; old, new and recycled.
Here is a modded NZXT Nemesis, spray painted in places and stickers attached all-over. I did this quite a few years ago, looked good at the time lol.
Here is a another picture of my old NZXT Nemesis. This is the top of the case. The Grim Reaper I thought looked pretty cool, its surprising how much better a case can look with a couple of transfers.
This is the A+ (Aplus/A-Plus) CS-188AF. A budget ATX case with a 25cm side fan (as you can see in the picture. It cost about £30 from Scan.
If you look closely at the picture you will notice the fan is NOT on the inside of the case, this is something I was forced to do so that I could close the case. Due to the cooler I am using (bottom image), because it is not high it collided with the 250mm fan, luckily enough you can just move it to the outside of the case. Using the existing holes to give more clearance inside the case for your CPU cooler.
It uses a cone cooling method. So the front 120mm fan and the rear 120mm are expelling (exhaust) air and the 250mm is the lone intake fan. The temperatures inside this case are pretty amazing considering its size, I really do believe the cone cooling method is by far superior to the standard front to back set-up.
All it needs now is a blow-hole, but due to the cases low height it probably would be a bad idea as the blow-hole will most likely be obstructed by the PSU cables. I will be looking into this in the future.

This is the front of the A+ case. As you can see its pretty standard looking. The method of removing the blanking plates via two thumb clips from the front though really is excellent. It came in handy when I was attaching the thermal sensor that's for sure.
The cases finish is rather good too. Usually with cheap cases you can expect a lot of hassle with the paintwork, scratches and so on. This case hasn't got one scratch yet and its been lugged around quite a lot. It is easy too clean too which comes in handy if you have trouble with dust.

Now on to the innards. The beast within. Nice orange rear fan from a Big Typhoon, still going strong after 4 years of constant use. My 8800GTS 512MB, over-clocked nicely and not at all toasty. The budget A-bit board can just been seen, it is an IP35-E and to be honest, if I could marry it I would, cheap and most definitely cheerful.
The Xigmatek HDT-S1283 (Heat-pipe Direct Touch) can be seen, reaching new heights in cooling and size lol. It is cooling a Wolfdale clocked at 4Ghz quite efficiently despite it being a little dusty. It is held onto the board using the Thermalright Bolt-Thru Kit, seems to work as described. Have to admit, I am glad I built the rig up outside of the case, due to the size of that heat-sink it can be troublesome making adjustments.
That's all the pictures I can find at the moment. Thanks for looking!
